Week 3

The road to Great Floridian in October: I spent most of the week recovering from Ironman 70.3 Florida. It was a hot day and took a toll on my legs. I guess that can be expected from the first 70.3 of the season. The workouts early in the week were done at a very easy pace. I was just happy to be moving.

Wed – (PM) 45:00 Swim (1900 yards)

Thu – (PM) 40:00 Bike

Fri – (PM) 1:00:00 Run

Sat – (AM) 2:30:00 Bike, (PM) 55:00 Swim (2000 yards), (PM) 35:00 Run

Sun – (PM) 55:00 Swim (2000 yards), 1:35:00 Bike

Total workouts: 3 swim, 3 bike, 3 run

Total time: 9 workouts, 9:40:00
