This was a much needed recovery week as I am getting ready to reload and finish off strong in the last 8 weeks until race day. I had no problem missing Thursday to do some more apartment stuff. I also had no problem doing less than the schedule had planned because my legs were really feeling it from the last few weeks.

Thu – took day off

Fri – 1:30:00 Bike

Sat – 50:00 Strength, 40:00 Elliptical

Sun – 45:00 Bike

Total — 1 strength, 1 elliptical, 1 swim, 2 bike, 1 run

Total Time — 5:35:00
