Really wanted to make sure I was feeling strong and physically ready by the end of this first taper week. I know I had put in some solid and consistent work since mid-May.

Thu – 1:15:00 Bike
Fri – extra Day Off
Sat – 3:00:00 Bike
Sun – 1:30:00 Run
Total — 1 swim, 2 bike, 2 run — 7:15:00
Tapering is hard, but try not to let it mess with your head. You’ll be ready.
