Monday June 24

7:20 PM – 1:10:00 trainer Bike

Tuesday

6 AM – treadmill Run

  • walk and warm-up
  • 3 miles (28:30) – 9:30 min/mile pace

6:40 AM – 30:00 Strength

Wednesday

6:10 AM  – treadmill Run

  • 6 miles (60:00) – 10 min/mile pace

Thursday

6:10 AM – treadmill Run

  • 3 miles (27:00) – 9 min/mile pace

6:45 AM – 30:00 Elliptical

Friday – Day Off

Saturday

6:45 AM – PACE Run

It is already ridiculously hot in Florida. I’m heating up as well since I am really getting comfortable in my new morning routine. Saturday’s morning run was just plain rough. No headphones, the rising sun and a recurring reminder to Embrace the Suck.

Sunday June 30

8:40 AM – Long Run

Scorching hot by 9 AM and soaked in sweat shortly thereafter. I better start earlier for these long Sunday runs in the coming weeks and pay careful attention to hydration.
