Flew back home from NYC. Got back home around 3PM. Back to reality.

6 AM – treadmill Run

  • first 4 miles @ 9:30 mins/mile
  • last 4 miles @ 9 mins/mile

Thursday

6:40 PM – Run

  • 10 min walk
  • 6 miles – 55:00 – 9:10 mins/mile
  • 10 min walk

Friday – Day Off

Saturday

8:20 AM – treadmill Run

  • first 4 miles @ 9:30 mins/mile
  • next 2 miles @ 9 mins/mile

Sunday August 4

4:30 AM – 3/4 Long Run

  • 15 min cool-down walk

This whole week was tough mentally and I was having a hard time getting into the workouts. Returning from vacation was not easy.
