Halfway

This sheet of paper sits on my kitchen table and is consulted daily, even if I already know what’s in store for me. I love checking off workouts when I finish them and it’s really nice to see my hard work all on one page there. Halfway through the plan… So only 9 more weeks until the Chicago Marathon!
Awesome! I do the same thing on my training plan and it makes you feel great to check those workout off and see your accomplishments so far. Keep up the hard work! It will soon pay off.
I just started training for a half marathon since I may not be able to do the sprint triathlon in 4.5 weeks. I plan on doing the same thing, printing out my training schedule, but with spots for making a little comment (just in case I have to adjust training due to injury or travel).
It’s good to know that seasoned athletes such as yourself does this, too!
