Tuesday

6:45 PM – treadmill Run

  • 3 miles – 30:00 – 10  mins/mile

Wednesday

Started my vacation for the Chicago Marathon with a half day at work.

1 PM – Run

  • 4 miles – 38:00 – 9:30 mins/mile
  • 15 min walk

Thursday – Rest

Flew to Chicago Thursday morning to enjoy some time in the city before the race.

Friday – Rest

Saturday

8 AM – treadmill Run

  • 10 min walk
  • 2 miles – 20:00 – 10 mins/mile
  • 10 min walk

Sunday October 13

7:30 AM – CHICAGO MARATHON
